Definition – Applied computing is a practical field of computer science where sets of computer theory and research used to apply for solving the real-world problem. In the formal education system, almost all universities and technical schools have this course for teaching the students.

Applied computing generally involves interaction between hardware and software basically computer hardware and software. It is an extended course of study or huge chapter of study that can be divided into many segments while teaching in the university.

Basic Requirements for Study in University

To study in the Applied Computing in the university students must have higher mathematics at the college level. Mathemathematics is the basic requirements.
